Kursk OJSC “Pribor” is on the list of strategically important enterprises and organizations which was confirmed by the RF Government Executive Order № 22 (January 9, 2004).

Kursk OJSC “Pribor” is a part of OJSC “Concern “Avionika” which was based on the OJSC “Research and Development Center “Tekhnocompleks” under the RF Presedential Edict №1187 (September 18, 2004) and Government Decree № 93 (February 22, 2005). Creation of the Concern is aimed at effective integration of scientific and industrial potential of instrument makers, quick upgrading and supplying of RF armed forces with modern aerotechnics, creation of military aircraft systems of new generation and growth in aviatechnics exports. At the moment Kursk OJSC “Pribor” is an affiliate of the Concern.

Kursk OJSC “Pribor” - continuing company of the production enterprise “Pribor” n.a. the 60^th anniversary of the USSR – was created as a batch production factory but later turned into an effective vertical integrated holding enterprise which now dynamically develops and successfully operates both domestically and abroad.

Nowadays Kursk OJSC “Pribor” is a holding enterprise with diverse business lines: presence on the aviation market, assimilation and manufacture of diversification products, manufacture of consumer goods and the ability to assimilate other business lines in its strategic development. The basis of the enterprise business is stable and time-proved cooperation with traditional partners – military, scientific research, sectoral and academic institutes and enterprises of the branch.
