Presence of personnel reserve on the plant “Pribor” enables the solution of the following objects:

 - quick replacement of a worker;

- worker qualification improvement;

- creation of the basis for perspective workers’ promotion and revealing their potential;

- compression of adaptation period.

Training of people enrolled in personnel reserve is realized according to an individual plan which includes the following events:

transfer of a worker to other vacations (both vertically and horizontally) for him to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge;

officiating a top manager in his absence to get experience of manager work;

getting additional education, advanced training and professional qualification;

test during problems solving and participation in various projects within the vacation which one is preparing for;

independent training for future professional activity.
