Vehicle pool “Avil” realizes freight traffic for individual and artificial persons within town, region and Russia, provides construction machinery for earthworks, handling operations and harvesting.

The unit was founded in 2006 on the basis of transportation department в„–18 and from 1992 on the basis of transportation department в„–461.

During the years of work Kursk OJSC “Pribor” vehicle pool has realized finished goods shipment, building materials delivery and other items of value. Workers participated in housing construction for enterprise workers, construction of plant “Pribor” recreation centre, several shops and houses in the country. Great Patriotic War veterans were those people who contributed to collective formation: mechanic Glagolev who worked on the plant from 1965 to 1985, driver Logutov who worked in the collective from 1965 to 1987, locksmiths’ foreman Oleynikov who worked in vehicle pool from 1972 to 1994, drivers Skorov (1965-1985) and Milov (1966-1998).

Today our new workers are drivers Evdokimov, Elagin, Basov, Biryukov, Novikov, Razinkov, Sergeenko, automobile crane mechanic Medvedev, locksmiths Zakharov, Zolotukhin. These are enterprise veterans who have worked on the plant for more that 30 years, who are held in esteem and who help young workers in profession mastering.

Under present-day conditions “Avil” activity is directed to:

-          transport cost reduction;

-          automobile park renovation;

-          schemes and labor stimulation development according to collective work results;

-          saving of optimal quantitative and qualitative composition of workers;

-          knowledge and professional skill advancement;

-          working conditions improvement and social protection guarantee.
